About the Practice

Ann Limric has worked in the Healing Arts since 1991. It is her goal to understand the client's need and to help the client feel better in their body, mind and energetic state.

Ann's earliest training at St. Mary's Junior College in 1987-88 focused on Health & Wellness Counseling. Those studies led her to the path of massage at Touch of Life School of Massage in 1989-90. Through this experience, she was introduced to shiatsu, which for Ann became a life-altering experience as it brought her to study shiatsu at the Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Study (now CenterPoint) in 1992-94.

Her interest in how a living or work enviornment can effect our own energetic state, led Ann to study Feng Shui at Wind and Water School of Feng Shui in 2006 and 2007 which she became certified.

Ann is a sage practitioner. She has a decade plus years in the practice of hatha and/or Iyengar yoga. She is a student of Feldenkrais and Zen.
