About the Practice
My work in the Healing Arts began in 1991. It is my goal to understand your needs. To help you feel better in your body, mind and energetic states.
I find the best sessions happen when the Therapist is fully present. The client then encouraged to leave the thinking mind and moves into their heart and body.
My training started at St. Mary’s Jr. College in Minneapolis Mn. in 1988-89. The course was Health and Wellness Counseling. That study led to Massage in 1989-90 at Touch of Life School of Massage in Minneapolis Mn.
